The Links Kennedy Bay Golf Course & Clubhouse forms the jewel in Place Development Australia’s crown and their 10-year, $425M project to develop the area into a vibrant town village and community hub.

The newly developed facility provides an initial 9-hole golf course (with a further 9-holes to be developed with expected completion in 2023) which will be surrounded by a new 1,000-lot community, developed beach and jetty, brand new nature playground and park amenity.

The facility is managed by Clublinks, an experienced golf course, clubhouse, restaurant and golf shop operator who pride themselves on operating high-quality experiences for customers.
